It's hard to define....

A mother's love. But it is so very easy to see in the quiet and still way that a mother holds her baby. Charlene wanted sweet Makaela to smile, but it was not happening the other day. Instead, we got these precious shots of a tired baby in her mother's arms. I can't decide whether I like the color version or the black and white better. You decide.

However, don't think that Makaela was entirely still during our outing...

Precious Davison

Only 1 month old and he already captivates people with his beautiful blue eyes. Precious little Davison and Holly were such a pleasure to capture in images. And doesn't Holly look great for being the mother of a newborn.

Sweet litte girls

What a joy it is to have sweet little girls...what a pleasure it was to share in the joy of Deanna's beautiful little girls. Two delightful smiles, two loved little girls, two rambunctious 3 year olds!!!

It's always wonderful to see a mother's love reflected in her eyes and the way she interacts with her children. Madie & Ellie.....your mommy really loves the two of you.

My baby girl....well...she isn't actually my baby girl...she is my middle child. Anyway, she started preschool today. I think Mommy had a harder time of it than my precious little Emma.

Babies introduced....

I always enjoy the baby dedications. Sweet little children getting ready to be dedicated in front of an entire congregation. Instead of putting up several images, I decided to put up just a few.

In this photo, I had just finished taking one of Mom and the baby when Dad said "What about me?". So I couldn't resist...

Then there were these two...twins...a girl and a boy....and that boy just couldn't help himself. I think he is making a funny face in every photo.

Thanks so much for letting me be part of your special day with your children. I enjoyed meeting all six families. All of your children are beautiful.

I can't tell you how many times that I hear them say "Mommy, take a picture of me!"

As you may have noticed, I remembered to change the Image of the Week. OK...so I was a day late. In an effort to remember to change the image every Monday, I have put a poll up on the blog.
